Everest Base Camp Trek Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860 m), the gateway to the Everest region. Begin trekking to Phakding (2,652 m) for 3 - 4 hours through picturesque landscapes along the Dudh Koshi River.

Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) for 5 - 6 hours. The trail ascends gradually, passing through lush forests with occasional views of Mount Everest and its surrounding peaks.

Day 4: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. Hike to Everest View Point for stunning panoramas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.

Day 5: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m) for 5 - 6 hours. Enjoy breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse, and visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.

Day 6: Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 m) for 5 - 6 hours. Traverse through rhododendron forests and alpine meadows with views of the Imja Valley and Ama Dablam.

Day 7: Acclimatization day at Dingboche. Explore the surrounding area or take a short hike for better acclimatization.

Day 8: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940 m) for 5 - 6 hours. Enjoy views of the Khumbu Glacier and surrounding peaks as you ascend towards Lobuche.

Day 9: Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m) and continue to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) for 7 - 8 hours. Experience the iconic Everest Base Camp and the stunning Khumbu Icefall.

Day 10: Trek from Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for sunrise views of Everest, then descend to Pheriche or Pangboche (4,240 m) for 7 - 8 hours.

Day 11: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar via Tengboche and Kyangjuma (3,440 m) for 6 - 7 hours. Descend through forests and villages with occasional views of Everest.

Day 12: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860 m) for 7 - 8 hours, passing through Sherpa villages and enjoying the last views of the Himalayas.

Day 13: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.

Day 14: Enjoy post-trek leisure time in Kathmandu. Explore the city's rich culture, visit historical sites, or simply relax.

Day 15: Adventure conclusion and departure from Kathmandu.
